RETURN POLICY

Want to return something? No problem! We will take care of it for you.

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, including tags.

The shipment is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please be sure to pack it with love and care.

It can take up to 21 days for us to receive your return.

As soon as we receive it, we'll check to make sure it's all okay and then wither refund you or ship your replacement. Items will be shipped on the next business day after your return is received. Items in an unsuitable condition (washed, worn or without tags) will be sent back to you.

 Any refund will automatically be issued to the PayPal account you used to place the original order.

We'll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed.

If for any reason your replacement is unavailable, we'll email you and customer care will help you from there.

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to make a return, please contact customer care for assistance at info@ronenchen.com 

They will provide you with return paperwork and shipping instructions.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT A RETURN SLIP THAT WE HAVE PROVIDED.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact the customer care department for assistance.

Items exchanged for the same item in a different size or color will not be charged an additional shipping fee.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us at info@ronenchen.com  for further assistance.

 If you have received a damaged item, the wrong size or style we are very sorry about this. Please contact us at info@ronenchen.com for further assistance. 

REFUND PROCESS

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 2 days after the date of processing, most returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks depending on your method of return.

All orders are refunded in GBP to the account used at the time of the original purchase. In the absence of that account, an e-store credit will be issued via e-mail.
